Transfer your certification to Bureau Veritas Certification
Transfer Process

Our intent is to offer a smooth and cost effective process for companies wishing to transfer their current registration to Bureau Veritas Certification.  To help better understand the steps needed to complete this transition, the following overview has been created:

  • Company submits requested documentation for review.  This information is reviewed to verify the system effectiveness and accreditation requirements have been met.  The following documents are requested:

-          Your reasons for transferring your registration

-          Current Certificate (Bureau Veritas Certification will recognize other accredited registrars valid certificates.  We want to be sure you have a valid certificate at all times during the transition).

-          Last two audit reports or the last report if only one audit has taken place

-          Copies of all NC’s written (if any).  Please send us copies showing that your current registrar has accepted your corrective actions.

  • Bureau Veritas Certification reviews submitted documentation.
  • Bureau Veritas Certification will send a quotation and an audit transition plan.
  • Client signs quotation.
  • Bureau Veritas Certification issues a Bureau Veritas Certification certificate (if submitted documentation is acceptable).
  • Auditors and dates are selected for next event and if the submitted documentation is found acceptable, Bureau Veritas Certification will assume your current surveillance cycle.
